Data we process
For a booking, we process your name, email, phone number, selected date and time, assigned chair, price and payment-status identifiers, the time you accepted the terms, and technical security logs. Stripe processes card details; BARBERS HUB neither receives nor stores them.
Purpose and legal basis
We use data to enter into and perform the agreement, confirm payment and booking, communicate with you, ensure premises security, keep accounts, and protect legal claims. Security logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interests to protect the private management environment.
Recipients and retention
Cloudflare provides the infrastructure and database, Stripe processes payments, and the configured email provider delivers notifications. Data is disclosed only to provide the service or where required by law. Accounting data is retained for the statutory period; other booking data is kept as long as necessary to perform the agreement and protect justified claims, then deleted or anonymised.
Marketing analytics
We load Meta Pixel (Pixel ID 329914352237095) only with your consent to measure advertising results and booking-flow events such as a page view, checkout start and confirmed booking. You can change your consent at any time in cookie settings. Meta Pixel is not loaded without consent.
Your rights
You may have the right to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, or to object to processing. Write to info@barbershub.lv. You may also lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate.
