SERVICE TERMS
Version: 11 September 2026
If versions differ, the Latvian version prevails.
1. Service provider
SIA “BRONSON”, registration No. 40203547922, registered address: Višķu Street 9–54, Riga, LV-1057. Service location: BARBERS HUB, Elizabetes Street 75, Riga, LV-1050. Contact: info@barbershub.lv, phone +371 25 774 433.
2. What you book
You book the use of an equipped barber workspace on a specific date and at a specific time. The service is intended for professional activity. A booking does not provide clients, employment, an income guarantee, professional liability insurance, or exclusive use of the salon.
3. Price and time
The price is €0.10 per client-service minute, with a minimum of 60 minutes and a daily maximum of €60. The price includes 15 minutes to prepare the workspace before and 15 minutes to clean up after the selected work time. The total blocked period does not exceed 12 hours.
4. Booking and payment
Bookings must be made at least 24 hours ahead and no more than 20 calendar days in advance. A booking becomes binding after successful Stripe payment and system confirmation. The entire selected work time is payable even if there are gaps between clients or a client does not attend. You may regulate client no-show fees in your own relationship with the client.
5. Changes, cancellation and refunds
After payment, the booking date and time cannot be changed in the system. Non-attendance or non-use of the booked time does not by itself create a right to a refund. A full refund is due if BARBERS HUB cannot provide the paid workspace, a duplicate or erroneous payment was made, or applicable law requires a refund. Other documented and objectively justified circumstances are assessed individually. Send requests to info@barbershub.lv with the booking details and reasons.
6. Consumer right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the relevant transaction, a 14-day right of withdrawal may apply to the distance contract. When booking a service within that period, you separately ask for performance to begin on the selected date. Once the service has been fully provided, the right of withdrawal may be lost; if you withdraw after performance begins, you may need to pay proportionally for the part already received. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
7. Responsibility and complaints
You are responsible for your professional activity, client safety, tools and compliance with legal requirements. Damage to the premises or equipment must be reported immediately. We review complaints on their merits and respond to the email provided with the booking. Disputes are first addressed through negotiation; consumers may also use the out-of-court and court remedies provided by law.
